Every November, your inbox fills up with the same garbage:
"90% off!" (It was never full price)
"Limited time!" (It runs every month)
"Master in 30 days!" (With zero hands-on practice)
You click "buy," feel good for 48 hours, then the course sits unwatched in your account while you wonder why you fell for it again.
Here's what makes this different:
This isn't a course. It's not a webinar. It's not a membership site you'll forget about.
This is a 2-day, hands-on cadaver lab where you get your own cadaver leg and learn MIS procedures you can implement in your practice within 60 days.
And it's one of very few programs in the country that's:
CPME-approved (10 continuing education hours)
Recognized as a pathway to MIS Board Certification
Proven with 39 Consecutive Sold-out Labs over 9 years
Trusted by 500+ surgeons who are now proficient in MIS
This is a skill nobody can take away from you. And MIS is in massive demand.
One cash-pay hammertoe procedure pays for this entire training. Everything after that is pure profit.
All labs held at our headquarters in Glenview, Illinois
Maximum 12 attendees per lab — Your own cadaver leg — Hands-on instruction

No watching from the back of the room.
No sharing specimens with 5 other people.
No "demo only" experience.
You perform complete procedures yourself — from hammertoe to bunion to metatarsal osteotomies. With direct guidance from certified MIS faculty. On real tissue.
Whether you're learning MIS for the first time or adding advanced procedures to your existing skillset, you get hands-on practice with your own cadaver leg.

This isn't just "a workshop." It's official continuing education recognized by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education.
Tax-deductible professional development. Counts toward your CME requirements. Legitimate credentials.

We're one of very few programs in the country that meet the requirements for MIS Board Certification eligibility.
Unlike university-based programs that cost $15K-$30K and require months of commitment, this is accessible to private practice surgeons who want to add MIS to their skillset without abandoning their practices.

We've hosted 39 private labs over 9 years. Every single one sold out.
Why? Because we cap attendance at 12 surgeons per lab. You get direct access to instructors. Real feedback. Personalized guidance.
This isn't a cattle-call conference workshop. This is intimate, high-touch training.
Plus, Day 1 includes a special networking dinner where you bond with fellow surgeons and faculty. The relationships you build here often become your most valuable resource when you return to your practice and need guidance.

Whether you're brand new to MIS or you've been performing hammertoe procedures and want to add bunion or metatarsal osteotomies, we cover it all:
MIS hammertoe procedures
MIS bunion techniques (Reverdin-Isham, Reverse Austin, Akin)
Lesser metatarsal osteotomies
Exostectomy and tenotomy procedures
Complication prevention and troubleshooting
All procedures:
Have proven outcomes
Can be performed in your office-based surgery suite
Generate cash-pay fees patients happily pay
You practice hands-on with your own cadaver leg
You're not learning experimental techniques. You're learning procedures you can confidently implement or improve within 60 days of this lab.

You might be wondering: "Dr. TJ, if these labs always sell out at $2,497, why discount them for Black Friday?"
Fair question. Here's the truth:
I'm building something bigger.
For 9 years, I've focused on hosting the best MIS training labs in the country. Mission accomplished — 39 consecutive sellouts, 500+ surgeons trained, now recognized as a pathway to board certification.
But I realized something: One lab isn't enough.
Attendees leave confident in the basics, but when they get back to their practices and try their first few cases, they realize the learning curve is steeper than they thought.
They need ongoing support. More labs. Community. Mentorship.
That's why I created the MIS Intensive Program — a comprehensive pathway that includes:
Two additional advanced cadaver labs
12 months of MIFAS Elite membership
Weekly Q&A calls with certified instructors
Direct support when you're stuck
Access to private masterclasses and resources
But here's the thing: I can't sell the Intensive Program to surgeons who've never attended a lab.
They don't see the value. They think one lab is enough. They don't realize how difficult MIS actually is until they're hands-on with a cadaver.
So this Black Friday offer? It's my way of getting serious surgeons into their first lab at a price that removes all excuses.
And when you're at the lab and you realize how transformative this training is — and how much more support you want — I'll invite you to join the Intensive Program.
But that conversation happens at the lab, not here.
For now, just secure your spot. Experience the training. See if this is for you.

FAQS
Most attendees begin implementing new procedures within 60 days. If you're new to MIS, you'll start with core hammertoe procedures. If you're already performing MIS and learning bunion or metatarsal osteotomies, you'll add those to your practice. You'll have the hands-on experience, the online course for reference, and all the documentation templates you need to implement immediately.
No prior experience required, but experienced surgeons are equally welcome. Whether you're completely new to MIS or you've been performing hammertoe procedures and want to add bunion or metatarsal osteotomies to your skillset, this lab serves both. Beginners get comprehensive foundation training. Experienced surgeons get to practice advanced procedures and refine their technique with expert guidance.
Choose your second preference. All three labs offer identical training. If all labs are full, you'll be added to a priority waitlist.
Each surgeon must register individually. We limit labs to 12 attendees to maintain quality. If you want to attend with a colleague, both should register separately.
Yes. This is CPME-approved continuing education and qualifies as professional development expense for practicing podiatrists.
You'll receive your 10 CE hours, lifetime access to the online course library, and all implementation resources. You'll also be invited to apply for the MIS Intensive Program if you want comprehensive training toward board certification.
Due to the limited nature of these labs and advance planning required (cadaver procurement, facility booking, faculty scheduling). You can transfer your registration to a different lab if needed.
One cash-pay MIS hammertoe procedure typically generates $2,500-$4,000 in revenue. An MIS bunion? $4,000-$6,000. If you perform just one procedure after this training, you've paid for the entire investment. Everything after that is pure profit.
No. This lab is one component of the pathway to board certification eligibility. Full board certification requires the MIS Intensive Program (which includes this foundation lab plus two additional advanced labs and 12 months of Elite membership).
